DESCRIPTION
- One-component, moisture curing, containing polyurethane prepolymer and environmentally safe propellent mixture.
APPLICATION FIELDS
- It is used at interior and exterior expansion joints in buildings, horizontal and vertical expansion dilatations between prefabricate elements in high buildings, towers, terrace dilatations, wood, metal, plastic based joints as a joint waterproofing sealant.

APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS
- The application surface must be free of dirt, dust and grease. Surfaces that need to be protected should be covered with mask band. Immediately before application, humidifying the surface will accelerate curing.
- After the surface is humidified, shake the tube 20 - 30 times vigorously. Screw nozzle with the extension hose firmly onto the valve, but do not tighten. Activate the valve lever carefully and regulate the foaming by applying different pressure or by tilting the nozzle with the valve pointing downwards. Overfilling a joint will result in a prolonged curing time and foam spills. If any material spills, it can be cleaned by using Sista PU Foam Cleaner or acetone. The cured foam can only be removed mechanically. In following uses, nozzle and tube should be removed from cured foam. Cured foam on the pipe can be removed through the use of a wire.
ATTENTION
- Be careful not to contact skin with foam during application. Since tube contains flammable gas, environment should be aired during application and it should not be applied near open flames and avoided using electrical equipment.
