Kullanım Alanları

Dilatasyonlar , Derzler Geniş yüzeyli beton kaplamaların ek yerleri, Barajlar, Kanal ve Kanaletler, Genleşme ihtimali olan diğer yerlerde. Su geçirimsizlik, dolgu, tamir ve yapıştırma amaçlı kullanılır. Reflektif yol butonlarının, asfalta montajı için kullanılır.

Çok elastiktir Çift cidarlı özel kazanda veya direkt olarak ocak üzerinde ısıtılabilir. 5000 kg ve üzeri kullanımlarda firmamız tarafından geçici olarak çift cidarlı özel kazan temin edilir.

Uygulama Alanları

EMÜLDERZ, Yaklaşık 160 derece sıcaklığa kadar ısıtıldıktan sonra karıştırılıp derze dökülür. Trafiğe maruz kalacak alanlarda üzerine 4 no. kum serpilir. Yaklaşık 1 saat sonra kullanıma uygundur. 180 derece sıcaklık aşılırsa veya birkaç kez ısıtılıp soğutulursa ürün evsafını kaybeder ve tekrar ıslah edilemez.

Description

It is a hot-applied, bitumen-rubber based joint filler used at horizontal and vertical joints.

Usage Area

It is used at dilatations, joints, at the intersections of cement coatings with wide surfaces, in dams, channels and ducts, at other locations where any dilatation may occur. It is used for waterproofing, filling, repair, and adherence. It is used for installing road buttons onto asphalt.

Advantages

It is very elastic. It is heated up either in a special double walled boiler or directly on a furnace. For 5000 kg or more, a special double walled boiler can be borrowed from Emülzer by paying caution money.

Application

Emulderz is heated up to approximately 180°C, mixed thoroughly and poured into joint gaps. No. 4 sand is spread over the areas exposed to traffic.
