İki komponentli, çimento bazlı, akrilik modifiyeli, elastik, su geçirimsiz kaplama harcıdır. Sıvı bileşen saf elastomerik reçine emülsiyonudur. Toz bileşen hidrolik bağlayıcı, katkı ve dolgu maddeleri karışımıdır.

Kullanım Alanları

Tuğla, ham beton veya sıvalı su depoları, Havuzlar, ve sarnıçların pozitif (iç taraftan) yalıtımında kullanılır. Teras çatı izolasyonunda kaplama altında veya son kat olarak kullanılır. Temellerde, istinat ve perde duvarlarında zemin nemi ve sızıntı sularına karşı pozitif yalıtımda kullanılır. Bodrum katlarının dıştan yalıtımında kullanılır. Balkonlarda, çiçeklik içlerinde su geçirmez tabaka oluşturmak için kullanılır. Kat aralarında, Banyo, Mutfak, Tuvalet gibi ıslak hacimlerin zeminlerinde alt katlara su sızmalarını önlemek için kullanılır. Deniz suyu ve atık su boşaltma kanalları ve odalarının kaplanmasında kulanılır. Galeri, Drenaj ve su kanallarının izolasyonunda kullanılır. Köprüler, Viyadükler ve Sanat yapıları üzerinde, buz çözücü tuzlara karşı koruyucu kaplama olarak kullanılır. Seramik, Granit ve Mermer gibi kaplama malzemelerinin yapıştırılmasında kullanılır.

Avantajlar

Islak yüzeylere uygulanır. Uygulaması pratiktir. Toz ve sıvı bileşenlerin birbirine karıştırılıp sürülmesinden ibarettir. Benzer ürünlerin aksine, güneş ışınlarına dayanıklıdır. Ekonomik çözüm sağlar. Suyun temas ettiği yönden (pozitif su basıncı) uygulanır. Esnektir. Üzerinde yürünebilir. Teras çatı ve yürüme yollarında ekonomik bir uygulamadır. Beton ve sıva yüzeyleri, hava kirliliği ve atmosferdeki asit gazlarından korur. Suyu geçirmemesine rağmen, uygulandığı yüzeyin hava almasını sağlar. Beton ve sıva yüzeyleri karbonlaşma ve klorürden korur.

Uygulama Alanları

PERMO-CHIM DUO\'nun 10 lt\'lik sıvı bileşeni, temiz bir kaba konur ve toz bileşen, homojen ve boza kıvamında bir karışım elde edilinceye kadar karıştırılarak bu sıvıya yedirilir. PERMO-CHIM DUO, fırça, rulo veya mala ile en az iki kat olarak uygulanır. Her kat bir önceki kat sertleşmeye başlarken henüz yaşken uygulanmalıdır. Gerekirse 2. kat sürülmeden zemin hafifçe nemlendirilmelidir. Çatlaklar üzerinde veya yatay/düşey birleşim yerlerinde iki kat uygulama arasında derz bandı, sıva filesi vs. taşıyıcı armatür kullanılmalıdır. Perlit betonu, Gaz beton veya porozitesi yüksek beton üzerine uygulama yapılırken dikkat edilmeli, bu tip zeminlerin üzerine yeni bir şap veya sıva kapladıktan sonra PERMO-CHIM DUO uygulanmalıdır.

Permo-Chim Duo

Description

It is a double-component, cement-based, acrylic modified, elastic waterproof coating mortar whose liquid component is pure elastomeric resin emulsion, and powder component is a mixture of hydraulic binder, additive and filler.

Usage Area

It is used for the positive (inside) insulation of water tanks, pools, and cisterns made up of bricks or, rough or plastered cement. In waterproofing of terrace roofs, it is used as a base coat under the coating or as the last coat. It is used for the positive insulation of foundations, retaining and shear walls against ground humidity and water leakage. It is used for waterproofing basements from outside. It is used for waterproofing balconies, and the inside of planter boxes. It is used for waterproofing the floor of damp environments such as bathrooms, kitchens, toilets, etc. to prevent water leakage to the storey below. It is used for coating sea water and waste water drainage channels and chambers. It is used for waterproofing galleries, and drainage and water channels. In bridges, viaducts, and engineering works it is used as a protective coating against defrosting salts. It is used for adhering coating materials such as ceramic, granite, marble, etc.

Advantages

It is applied onto damp surfaces. It is practical to use. You just mix the powder component with the liquid component and apply. Unlike similar products, it is resistant to sunlight. It provides an economical solution. It is applied onto the side exposed to water (positive water pressure). It is elastic. It is suitable for foot traffic. It is an economical application for terrace roofs and walkways. It protects concrete and plaster surfaces against air pollution, and acidic atmospheric gases. While it is waterproof, it provides breathability for the surface. It protects concrete and plastered surfaces from carbonization and chloride.

Application

10 liters of liquid component of Permo Chim Duo is poured into a clean container and powder component is added; it is mixed to a thick, homogenous consistency. Permo Chim Duo is applied at least in two coats with a brush, roller, or trowel. Each coat must be applied as the former coat starts to solidify, and before it dries up. If necessary, the floor must be slightly moisturized before the application of the second coat. Cracks and vertical/horizontal seams must be reinforced with materials such as seam tape, plaster mesh, etc. between the application of two coats. Application onto perlite concrete, gas concrete or any high porosity concrete requires extra attention; Permo Chim Duo must be applied onto these surfaces after the application of alum or plaster.

Consumption

1-1.5 kg/m² for each coat; total consumption is 4 kg/m² maximum, with two coats minimum.
