Beton fugalarında kullanılan özel karışımlı bitüm esaslı banttır. Bilinen su tutucu bantların, kolay uygulamalı bir alternatifidir. BİBAFLEX, şişen bant değildir.

Avantajlar

Kesinlikle ustalık gerektirmez. Ek yerlerinde özel aletlere gerek yoktur. Hiçbir ön hazırlık ve beton bağlantısı gerektirmez. Hert türlü hava koşullarında uygulanabilir. İnce beton kalınlıklarında da kullanılabilir. Çok hafiftir. Taşıması ve serilmesi çok kolay ve hızlıdır. Asit ve bazlara dayanıklıdır. Eski beton üzerinde de kullanılabilir.

Uygulama Alanları

BETON DÖKÜMÜ SIRASINDA UYGULAMA BİBAFLEX beton üzerine serilip bandın üst yüzeyi beton içine gömülmeyecek kadar bastırlır. Ek yerlerinde bantların 2-3 cm\'lik bölümü yan yana getirilir ve yoğurularak yapıştırılır.BİBAFLEX, hidratasyon sırasında betona kaynar. KÜRLENMİŞ BETON ÜZERİNE UYGULAMA Uygulama yapılacak yüzey kuru ve temiz olmalı, yüzey toz, kir, pas ve yağdan arındırılmalı ve gevşek parçalar kazınmalıdır. Beton yüzeyinin ısıtılması faydalı olacaktır.BİBAFLEX betona kuvvetle bastırılarak sabitlenir. Beton dökümünden önce,BİBAFLEX\'in yapışıp yapışmadığı kontrol edilir. BİBAFLEX, yerine serildikten yaklaşık 30 dakika sonra, ancak çok kuvvetle çekilerek yüzeyden ayrılabilir. Aksi takdirde yapıştırma işlemi yenilenmelidir. Ayırıcı folyo yeni betonun dökülmesinden hemen önce çıkarılmalıdır. Ek yerlerinde bantların 2-3 cm\'lik bölümü yanyana getirilir ve bastırılarak birbirine yapıştırılır.

Bibaflex Waterstop

Description

It is a bitumen-based ever elastic waterstop used at concrete joint gaps. It is an easy-to-apply alternative to usual waterproofing tapes. Bibaflex is not an expansion tape.

Usage Area

It is used in dams, ponds, irrigation ditches, water tanks, water purification facilities, swimming pools, docks, water supply tunnels, hydroelectric and thermoelectric power plants, bridges, refineries, subway constructions, retaining walls, and industrial buildings.

Advantages

It does not require qualified workmanship. There is no need to utilize special tools at joints. No preparation, or concrete binding is required. It can be applied under all weather conditions. It can be used in thin concrete structures as well. It is very light. It can be transported and applied very easily and quickly. It is resistant to acids and bases. It can be used on old concrete as well.

Application

APPLICATION DURING CONCRETING Bibaflex is placed over concrete and the top of the tape is pressed without allowing it to sink completely into the concrete. At the connection points, 2 -3 cm of both tape ends are brought side by side, kneaded, and adhered. During hydration, Bibaflex binds to concrete. APPLICATION ON CURED CONCRETE The surface to be treated must be dry and clean, and free from dust, dirt, rust and oil. Loose particles must be scraped off. It will be helpful to heat up the concrete surface. Bibaflex is fixed by pressing firmly onto the concrete. Prior to concrete placement it should be checked whether Bibalex is properly adhered. Bibaflex can be removed from the surface about 30 minutes after concreting only by pulling strongly. Otherwise, the adhesion process have to be repeated. Separator PE foil must be removed prior to the placement of the new concrete. At the connection points, 2-3 cm of both tape ends are brought together and pressed for a tight adherence.
