Kullanım Alanları

Beton,Mermer,Alçı,Taş,Ahşap ve Metal üzerinde,su izolasyonu amaçlı olarak kullanılır.

Avantajlar

Solventsiz olduğundan, kapalı alanlarda dahi güvenle kullanılabilir. Su izolasyonu, korozyondan koruma, sürtünmeye, darbelere ve bazı kimyasallara dayanma özellikleri vardır. Uygulandığı yüzeye aderansı yüksektir. İnsan sağlığına zararlı değildir. Yaşlanmaya dirençlidir. Standart olarak beyaz ve mavi renklerde üretilmektedir.

Uygulama Alanları

Küçük kutuda bulunan sertleştirici ile büyük kutuda bulunan ana malzemenin tamamı homojen bir görünüm alana kadar karıştırılır. Karışımdan 30-45 dakika sonra geriye dönüşü olmayan jelleşme başlayacaktır. Uygulama en az iki kat olarak yapılmalı ve katlar arasında 6 saat beklenmelidir. Bekleme süresi 24 saati aşarsa ilk kat zımparalandıktan sonra ikinci kat uygulanmalıdır. Uygulama yapılan alan en az 6-8 saat boyunca sudan korunmalıdır. Fırça veya rulo ile uygulanır.

Pucoat II

Description

As a double-component, polyurethane-based, solvent-free waterproofing material in liquid form, it is especially ideal for potable water tanks.

Usage Area

It is used for waterproofing on concrete, marble, plaster, stone, wood, and metal.

Advantages

Because it does not contain any solvent, it can be safely used in closed spaces. It is waterproof; protects from corrosion; is resistant to friction, strokes and certain chemicals. It has strong adherence to the surfaces it is applied. It is safe; it has no harmful effect on health. It is very durable. It is offered in two basic colours (blue and white).

Application

All the hardener contained in the little pail is mixed with all the main component contained in the big pail to a homogenous consistency. The mixture must be consumed within 30-45 minutes; otherwise it will lose its workability due to jelling. It must be applied at least in two coats, and each coat must be applied 6 hours later than the preceding coat. If this interval exceeds 24 hours, the first coat must be sandpapered prior to the application of the other coat. After the application the surface must be protected from water water exposure for at least 6-8 hours. It can be applied with a brush or roller.
